Cathedral Court, 15 Colmore Row as shown above is a prime Grade A office building of 40,000sq ft with parking. It was developed by Hortons' in 1989. Designed to fit into the local conservation area around the Cathedral Square it is clad in natural Bath Stone. The building is let to Barclays PLC.

Latham House, Paradise Street is a building of 26,652 sq ft on seven floors with basement parking and was acquired by the Company in 1988. It underwent full refurbishment in 2007. The building occupies a prominent position on Paradise Circus and is close to the International Convention Centre. Current tenants include: Davies & Partners, Freshwater UK Plc,Sir Robert McAlpine, Fusion Recruitment.

Also in 2007 we refurbished offices at White House in New Street, Birmingham. The quality of the scheme meant that it was soon let.

In 2008 we have refurbished offices at 21 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham. Catering for SMEs small suites of up to about 1,500 sq ft are available.

Innovation Square in Church Street Birmingham is a mixed use scheme developed in 2000 containing a range of offices comprising of 3,000 sq ft, 5,000 sq ft and 33,240 sq ft.

The majority of the office portfolio is located in Birmingham City Centre, however the Company has also spread to areas outside the City including Interchange 25 Office Park, Nottingham, Greyfriars House, Coventry, with other buildings in Solihull, Willenhall, Wolverhampton and Kettering.
