In 2008 we developed a distribution unit of 26,846 sq ft at Wayside Business Park close to junctiion 3 M6 to the north of Coventry.

Anchor Brook Industrial Park was acquired by the Company in three stages up to 2003. The estate comprises 23 industrial units with 4.5 acres of development land in Aldridge near Walsall.

At Hollymoor Point Great Park, Rubery, SW Birmingham near to J4, M5 we have a unit of 40,584 sq ft. for sale or to rent and land is available for units of 55,000 sq ft. and 90,000 sq ft.

Other sites with letting or development opportunities are located in Willenhall near J10 M6 , Coventry at J3 M6 and Shenstone in north Worcestershire. We also have opportunities from time to time in Aston, Birmingham at our site near the A38M.

 

Currently we have a site at junctiion 9 M5 with consent to build either 71,818 sq ft. of Industrial premises or an HQ office building of a similar size. This is a joint venture with Chase Commercial.

Hortons developed Area 7 with Alfred McAlpine Special Projects at Junction 7 M5 to the south of Worcester.

The first phase of this 10 acre site has been developed with a 93,000 sq.ft. unit for Apollo Distribution. The remaining 5 acres was sold on the grant of planning consent to Worcestershire County Council as a waste transfer station.
