Hortons' Estate Limited is privately owned by the Horton Family and currently has a net asset value of around £200 million.

The Board is chaired by Richard Samuda and comprises Executive Directors Tony Green and Richard Norgrove and non Executive Directors Richard Kirby, Henry Horton and Peter Horton who also serves as Deputy Chairman.

The Company manages its portfolio from offices on Colmore Row, Birmingham were it has been based for over 100 years.

It has an experienced in house team of Surveyors and Administrators lead by Steve Tommy ably supported by an accounts team headed by David Freeman.
